RECAP FOR THE WEEK OF: Jan 26, 2009
Powerful forces at work in the market right now. Expect a strong move to the upside this week. Granted, there is a chance this could back-fire which would lead to almost panic selling, but I believe we are going higher.
Tuesday or Friday should be the big mover this week.
This week is the first time since Sept that the markets will be able to get back to performing like they should. There was the crash, the Presidential election, the holidays, and the Inauguration.
RESULTS:
Thursday was the big mover this week with a -226 change and a 235 intraday range. Friday's intraday range was a close 233.
Instead of going in one direction this week, we saw a healthy move up the first 3 days, then a sharp drop.

FORECAST FOR THE WEEK OF: Feb 2, 2009
This week's influences are similar to last week only stronger and with a bias to the downside. There is a 80% chance of a sharp drop that might even results in panic selling. Subscribers are already positioned to take advantage of a drop, but it is not too late to pick up some Puts to be on the safe side. Charts are too convoluted to pick a most active day. Each of the first four days of this week have the potential to be a reversal. Very odd to see this.
Don't forget that Jobless Claims come out on Thursday. I doubt it will be good news.
