RECAP FOR THE WEEK OF: Mar 30, 2009
Market should continue its rally for a few more weeks before taking out the low of March 6-10, but right now we could see a short, but sharp, decline.
Since the economic mess started in Sept 2008, there have been 3 rallies:
Oct 10 to Nov 4: DJIA + 1772 points
Nov 12 to Jan 6: DJIA +1639 points
This time the DJIA is up +1461 points.
Another factor to consider is the violence/aggression cycle is peaking again. Does North Korea launch its missle? Does Isreal bomb Iran? Is there another big terrorist attack around the corner? This can also coincide with events in nature such as storms, earthquakes and volcano eruptions. Hey, isn't there one letting off steam in Alaska?
Another cycle that is starting to peak is volatility.
Most active day should be Friday.
Follow up:
Subscribers were alerted that Monday was a reversal date. Monday's point change was -254 following a loss on the previous Friday, then up the rest of the week.
Wednesday's intraday range was 310 points

FORECAST FOR THE WEEK OF: Apr 06, 2009

Expect the markets to move down.
Greatest activity is expected on Thursday or Friday.
