There are big earnings reports coming out this week. The market will follow their lead. Friday is a Gann reversal date, and cycles point to a trend change on Monday of Tuesday of the following week.

FORECAST FOR THE WEEK OF: July 20, 2009
Friday was a Gann reversal date, and cycles point to a trend change on Monday or Tuesday of this week.
Monday should see the biggest move this week. I would put my money on a nice rally on Monday as the late comers try to get some of the action. Tuesday is the second most likely day to post the largest move.
BTW: If you are celebrating last week's rally as the end of the depression, like the idiots on MSNBC, consider this:
- We are still seeing a record number of banks closing.
- Some major cities have unemployment rate over 20% (and growing).
- Trade has dropped more than 27% since 2007.
- Dow components were swapped out to get rid of some losers.
- I could go on and on.........
