RECAP FOR THE WEEK OF: Aug 10, 2009
Big cycles peaking out this week and next. Expect plenty of activity. We'll see new highs or very wild swings. Maybe both. The last cycle which was responsible for the expected drop over the last 3 weeks is over, but it comes back with a vengence towards the end of next week. If we see higher highs, I expect them around Thursday or Friday.
[REVIEW] -- Market saw larger intraday swings, but the Aug 7th high was not breached.
Expect some unusual earthly events in the next two weeks: earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, high winds and storms, as well as terrorist strikes, airplane disasters, and electrical outages. We already had a 7.1 earthquake in Toyoko today and a tropical storm hit southern China. More to come!
[REVIEW] -- Mother nature has been kibking up her heels with earthquakes and storms this last week. Expect things to get worse this week.
Looks like the market is forming a wave "C" just above the 1.618 retracement of A-B and just below .618 of the length of wave "A". This was brought to my attention by a post today in the RealTraders yahoo group.
[REVIEW] -- This formation is still holding.
Big mover this week looks like Monday or Tuesday. I'll go with Monday.
[REVIEW] -- Big move was on Wednesday (DJI +120), which just happened to be a Gann reversal date.
If market moves higher this week, buy Silver and hold it for at least two months.

FORECAST FOR THE WEEK OF: Aug 17, 2009
I expect the rally we have seen over the last two months to make one more attempt at higher highs on Monday and/or Tuesday. After this week, we start moving down. Also looking for large price swings and lots of volatility.
A weekly Gann reversal formed on 7/17, and a daily Gann reversal formed on 8/12. Mmmm... what do you think is going to happen now?
Precious metals are set to move higher in the next couple of weeks.
Big mover this week should be Monday.
