FORECAST FOR THE WEEK OF: Dec 21th, 2009
There are no single day predictions this week due to the holidays.
Gold cycle peaks on Monday. I would have recommended a strong SELL here, but gold has already dropped 10% over the last two weeks. Will it reverse again to the upside? Too tough to call.
Bearish divergence continues. We have seen this for the past two months. Additionally, markets are in an upward wedge that continues to narrow.
Are major M-1 cycle reversal date of 12/2/09 does appear to have been a top.
Cycles indicate the following:
- Selling during the last week this month.
- Low expected around 1/12/10
- Low expected around 4/16/10
