How much further in debt are U.S. Tax Payers?

RECAP FOR THE WEEK OF: Mar 8, 2010

Expect to see great volume and large price swings this week. Gold is set for a sharp reversal.

The second trading week of a month is usually down. The last quarter of the Moon phase is more negative than any other phase. Both are true this week.

Speaking of the Moon, earthquakes tend to occur around the New or Full Moon. Let's see, Haiti earthquake on 1/12/2010 just 3 days before a New Moon, which was also part of a lunar eclipse, and the Chilean earthquake on 2/27/2010 just one day before a Full Moon. Hmm... there is a New Moon on 3/15/2010.

Additionally, the Venus-Conjunct-Uranus aspect that formed last Thursday is one of the most reliable astro indicators for a reversal. Here are the dates this aspect has formed in the past few years. Pull-up you favorite charting software, and take a look at what happened.

Follow-up

I am truely surprised at this week's movement higher. We have seen 3 realiable reversals this month, yet the market continues to march higher. Our last reversal dates were a double reversals on 2/27/10 (Moon reversal) and 2/26/10 (Gann reversal).

So far this month, we have had four reversal signals: a double reversal on the 3rd, one on the 7th, and one on the 10th. That is a lot of reversals in such a short time span. Could that by why things have not worked as expected over the last two weeks?

An alert sent out to subscribers on Tuesday predicted Wednesday to be the big mover, but if it failed (2 points is a failure in my mind), then the big move would be on Thursday. Wednesday showed a gain of only 2 points for the ^DJI, so our money would have been on Thursday which did show the most activity and the largest gain even if it was only 44 points.

FORECAST FOR THE WEEK OF: Mar 15, 2010

Looks like the markets are reaching a crest. If we don't get a pull-back this month, then the rally could raise the markets another 15% by summer. Personally, I don't think that is going to happen. There are too many indicators that March should be an explosive month with some wild price swings. Here we are 1/2 way through the month, and the markets have so far been anything but explosive.

Monday the 15th will see another major turning point in cycles plus a New Moon. And the 31st will see another Gann reversal.

Sun conjunct Uranus usually indicates a reversal within 5 days. Below is a list of each date this aspect formed since 2001. Pul up you charts, and see what happened on these dates.
