RECAP FOR THE WEEK OF: Apr 5, 2010

While the markets continue to be oversold, cycles indicate higher prices this month. For the current week, we could dip lower, but we could just as likely move higher. Although, let's not forget the Gann reversal on 3/31. I say we dip lower this week.

Expect precious metals to climb higher.

Monday should be the most active day.

Thursday should be down.

FORECAST FOR THE WEEK OF: Apr 12, 2010

A very difficult week to call. We saw all reversals last month fail, including the GANN reversal on 3/31. Granted, reversals do not always happen on the exact day they occur, but you can expect something to happen within a day or two. We are well past that. Any downward movement this week should happen in the first three days. After that, we are back in a positive cycle.

Thursday should be up.
