FOR THE WEEK OF: July 18, 2010
Expecting the market to drop dramatically? No yet. Cycle
analysis indicates a rally coming. Maybe, just maybe, we go
lower this week, but don't bet on it. Monday is a minor reversal
day.
Friday should again be the big mover this week.

markets did move higher. Markets around the world gained from
2% to 4% last week
Thursday, not Friday, was the big mover
this week. As is typical with these "big mover of the
week" predictions, if we are wrong, then most of the
time it turns out to be the day before

FORECAST
FOR THE WEEK OF: July 26, 2010
The following section has been posted during the last few
weeks. We are NOW in the July 23-August 8 time band.

EXPLOSIVE is the key word again for this week with regards
to Mother Nature and the Financial Markets. The word UNEXPECTED
is at work also.
Nice chart at the Wall Street Forecast showing the "Once
in a life time astrological event" we are dealing with,
and which is centered around July 23-August 8 time frame.

Bradley cycle is showing a dip into July 12th, rally to Aug
10th, then down, down, down. Or, maybe it will be July 7th:
Gann 07/07/10 reversal date is 90 trading days from the secondary
low in Feb. 2010, about 180 trading days from the Oct 2009
High and 270 trading days from the June 2009 High.

As for the coming week, and the following 2 weeks, cycles
now predict a wild period of big price swings between now
and Aug 13. I expect the market to move high this week and
possible next. Movements of 500-1000 points in the Dow Jones
Industrial Average are likely. Silver is also poised for some
big moves. Aug 1 to 13 is especially negative.
For the week of the 26th, I see more upward movement early
in the week, and a possible big dump on Friday. Monday and
Friday both have the potential to be big movers.
Jobless claims will be reported on Friday. That should be
interesting.
