Binary Options

What are they? • Getting started? • Recommended brokers.

I have received a number of request about Binary Options and Binary Brokers. So I'll try to answer these questions as simply as I can.

What is a Binary Option?

With a Binary option, you win or lose a set amount. If you lose, you are out 100%. If you win, your profit will be between 70% and 80% depending on the underlying security. Example: For DJI futures, the payoff is usually 75%. For Golds futures the payoff is usually 80%. Why they flucuate I do not know. Payoffs are always posted next to the underlying security and the time at which it expires. You can choose from multiple time frames. The most common time frames are 30 minutes and the Close. You are betting that at a particular time, the market will be above or below the price at the time you opened the trade.

How To Getting Started?

I assume my brief exlamation above still leaves a few questions, but it is enough for you to get started with a free account. It should not take you more than a few minutes of poking around a free account to get the hang of it.

Creating an account will take less than 2 minutes.

You don't have to fund your account right away. When you are ready to do so, you can deposit a few hour dollars using your credit card.

Please! DO NOT start making $100 trades right from the start. You can trade as little as $20. So play around with some small trades until you feel you really understand what is going on. And remember, you place a losing trade, you are out 100%.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN; IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM. ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK OF ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT TRADING RESULTS.

Futures trading is complex and carries the risk of substantial losses. It is not suitable for all investors. The ability to withstand losses and to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can adversely affect investor returns.
